  • OPTIMUS BAKING BLEND
    Molino Rossi OPTIMUS BAKING BLEND natural adjuvant, ideal for direct dough and for all types of bread. Soft wheat flour type “0”, soft malted wheat flour, amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
  • COUNTRY STYLE BLEND
    whole wheat flour with sunflower seeds, rolled oats, sesame seeds, salt, flaked barley, malted wheat flour, dextrose, alpha-amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
  • WHIMSICAL BLEND
    soft wheat flour type “0”, sunflower seeds, extruded corn, vegetable fat powder, corn flour, salt, dextrose, whole milk powder, emulsifier: E472(e), malted wheat flour, alpha-amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
  • RUSTIC BREAD BLEND
    flour type “00”, rye flour, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, yeast, gluten, rye sourdough, malted cereal flour, vitamin C.
  • BREAD TOPPING
    sesame seeds, rolled oats, cracked rye
  • PANCURCUMA BLEND
    Blend with oat flakes, sunflower seeds and turmeric. 15 kg packs.
  • FIBER
    preparato con cereali integrali, semi aromatici, fioccati e fibre alimentari. Composto da farina tipo "0" fibra di frumento termo-trattata, semi di girasole decorticato, semi di lino, farina di segale integrale, fiocchi di frumento integrale, fiocchi di mais, farina di mais, sale, farina di malto d'orzo, destrosio, enzimi e vitamina c.
